SEO for EmailListVerify
The story
EmailListVerify checks email lists and removes bad addresses before a campaign goes out.
With the EmailListVerify team, our main SEO strategy was free tools, which I built. Someone who checks a single address for free already needs what the paid product does, so the tools bring in people who are interested in the service as a whole.
I then planned the translations of those tools. The email checker now has its own page in English, German, French, Spanish and Polish, and each one ranks for searches in its own language. The free tools now bring in more than half of the site’s organic traffic.
